By using Whaal Watcher you agree to these terms. They're short and in plain English. Please read.
What this service is
Whaal Watcher analyzes public Bitcoin blockchain data to surface patterns in large-wallet ("whale") activity. We track ~470 addresses, score them by historical accuracy, and offer alerts on their movements.

Nothing on this site is investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or a personalized financial service. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Whale wallet movements are public data; their predictive value is statistical and incomplete. Treat everything here as one data point in your own decision-making, not as a signal to act on directly.
What we don't promise
- Accuracy of any signal or score. Our backtested numbers use a transparent but simplistic methodology over incomplete historical data. Past patterns may not repeat.
- That alerts will fire in time, or at all. We rely on third-party APIs (mempool.space, blockstream.info, Stripe, Telegram) that can fail.
- That the service will be available. It can go down. It can be discontinued.
- That you'll make money. Crypto trading is risky. You will probably lose money.
What you agree to
- You're at least 18 years old.
- You're responsible for your own trading decisions. Whatever you do with this information is on you.
- You won't try to break the service, scrape aggressively, or abuse the API.
- You won't resell, rebroadcast, or commercially redistribute the data without written permission.
- You won't use the service for illegal purposes including (but not limited to) market manipulation, fraud, or money laundering.
Billing
- Free tier requires no payment, ever.
- Pro tier is $9.99/month, charged monthly via Stripe, auto-renews until canceled.
- You can cancel anytime via the Manage Subscription button on the Alerts page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro access until then.
- We don't issue partial-month refunds. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid the next charge.
- Payment disputes are handled through Stripe.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Whaal Watcher and its operators are not liable for:
- Trading losses, missed opportunities, or any financial harm resulting from use of this service.
- Loss of data, account access, or undelivered alerts.
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Any amount exceeding what you've paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Account termination
We can terminate or suspend any account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice — though in practice we only do this for abuse or non-payment. You can delete your account at any time (see Privacy Policy).
Changes to these terms
These terms can change. Material changes will be posted with an updated date and announced to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
